Marie Simon, a pastry alchemist par excellence, will present her unparalleled creations on a culinary journey that will exceed all expectations.

Marie Simon, was awarded the title of “world champion of sweet arts (Mondial Des Arts Sucrés, 2018) under the guidance of Lilian Bonnefoi and Thierry Bamas and has run a patisserie in the heart of the city of Bonn, where she had the pleasure of sharing her creations.

Today, at the head of her own company, she divides her time between pastry making for professionals and individuals, but also as pastry chef at the two-Michelin-awarded restaurant L’Amaryllis in Saint-Remy.
