“Versailles” from Kalamata at Ark

On Friday, November 7, Ark welcomes the award-winning restaurant “Versailles” from Kalamata and Chef Yiannis Koumanis for a special guest dinner that brings the land and sea of Messinia to the heart of the Athenian Riviera.

“Versailles” has stood out for its unique way of combining local tradition with a contemporary perspective, creating dishes that highlight the essence of Messinian flavors with both sensitivity and imagination. For one night only, this philosophy travels to Athens and “meets” Ark in a dinner where simplicity, quality, and creativity coexist harmoniously.
