Renowned Chef Angeliki Harami, a pioneer of plant-based gastronomy, graces the ARK for two unforgettable evenings brimming with culinary delight!

Following the principles of Simplicity and Balance, and embodying the philosophy of veganism, Angeliki Harami presents a refined menu featuring 7 creative dishes, each inspired by the diversity of nature and the culinary fusion of various cultures.

The Menu: A Journey in Taste

  • Smoked eggplant with caper berries, purslane oil, chili strings, hazelnuts, crispy leek
  • Wild greens pie with seasonal herbs, aromatic oil, crispy vegan feta chips, aromatic cheese foam
  • Crispy seaweed crackers with forest chicken ceviche with orange and mandarin, chili oil
  • Iconic Jerusalem artichoke risotto, with hazelnut cream, Jerusalem artichoke chips, confit artichoke, truffle, smoked Jerusalem artichoke soil
  • Smoked cabbage with barley miso, roasted forest chicken skewer, aromatic couscous, pumpkin foam, eucalyptus oil
