Chef Yiannis Baxevanis, celebrated for his deep love and commitment to Greek gastronomy, draws inspiration from the land and sea of Greece, crafting dishes that tell stories, stories of genuine Greek flavor.
New Experiences at Ark from October 31
From October 31, Ark introduces new experiences that make every Friday and Saturday night truly special.
The Chef’s Table
Every Friday and Saturday, a tasting menu inspired by Giannis Baxevanis and curated by Dionysis Zacharopoulos unfolds like a narrative. At the imposing twelve-seat table, positioned directly in front of the restaurant’s open kitchen, the new menu is served from 8 p.m., designed to deliver a complete culinary experience with authentic Greek character. The fact that the menu is predetermined does not imply rigidity in service; on the contrary, the atmosphere remains friendly, relaxed, and lively. Guests share impressions and conversations with fellow diners, creating an intimate and participatory dining experience.
Reservations for the Chef’s Table can be made for 1 to 12 guests, subject to availability.
Live Piano & Vocal Nights
At the same time, from October 31 and every Friday night, Ark fills with music, live piano and vocals from 9 p.m. Anna Maria Bilida brings emotion, rhythm, and authentic energy to Friday evenings, accompanied on piano by the talented Christos Koumousis. Together they create a musical journey that moves gracefully between nostalgia and the present. Flavors, atmosphere, and music blend harmoniously to offer a beautiful, all-around experience, the perfect way to end the week.
Symposio – Journeys and Flavors from Across Greece
From November 7, Symposio returns to Ark for its fifth year, presenting a new series of collaborative dinners that bring together award-winning chefs and renowned restaurants from across Greece. Alongside Chef Yiannis Baxevanis and his team, they create menus that celebrate the depth and diversity of Greek gastronomy through creative partnerships and shared inspiration. The series opens with Versailles from Kalamata and Chef Yiannis Koumanis, followed by beloved names from across the country such as Yiannis Gavallas, Stavriani Zervakakou, Michalis Marthas, and many more.
