ARK Hosts Cretan Easter Table Experience Sunday, May 5th, 2024
Executive Chef Yiannis Baxevanis and his team (Antonis Zeridis and Dionysis Zacharopoulos), in collaboration with chef Myrsini Lampraki, are setting up a lavish Easter table featuring beloved flavors of Cretan cuisine on 5th of May, 2024.
This gastronomic experience will have as a main ingredient the lamp which will be the spotlight of the dish, the cherished Easter delicacy. However, at ARK, lamb preparation will offer a unique flavor experience, blending the simplicity with the creativity of Cretan cuisine.
In the restaurant’s garden, Myrsini Lampraki and her team will set up grills “with open fires”, instantly transporting guests to a traditional Cretan lamb roasting ceremony. The outdoor cooking scene, diverging from the typical kitchen preparation, promises a distinctive experience for diners.
Cooking over wood fires, ingredients sourced from Cretan producers, and lamb directly from shepherds in Anogeia, will add a new dimension to the traditional flavor of Easter lamb.
