As the light over the Athenian Riviera softens and the sea reflects the shadows of the Astir Bay, a new experience comes to life at Ark.
Starting Friday, October 31, and every Friday and Saturday evening, The Chef’s Table is set — in the best seats of the house, right in front of the open kitchen.

At this twelve-seat table, with Yiannis Baxevanis inspiring and guiding the team, Dionysis Zacharopoulos presents a menu that tells a story: that of Greece — through its seasons, its ingredients, and the simplicity of authentic taste.

The menu unfolds like a narrative — from the first welcome bites that evoke sea and land, to the dessert that concludes the evening — with every dish reflecting the philosophy of Ark: simple flavors, deep taste, and respect for the product.

At The Chef’s Table, there is no excess. Only essence: cooking that comes to life before your eyes, the aroma of fresh ingredients filling the space, the rhythm of the kitchen becoming a stage, and people sharing a common experience.
It’s an evening that doesn’t seek to impress, but to move — where simplicity meets care, and flavor becomes emotion.

Ark, under the steady culinary direction of Yiannis Baxevanis, together with chefs Antonis Zeridis, Konstantina Gkini, Dionysis Zacharopoulos, and pastry chef Tasos Zisopoulos, continues to honor the essence of Greek cuisine — proving that true luxury lies in authenticity.

The Chef’s Table at Ark will be served every Friday and Saturday evening, starting October 31.
